Our cold plunge contains approximately 70 gallons of ice-cold water, maintained at an optimal temperature with a double filtration system that includes ozone treatment and constant filtering 50 times per hour to ensure pristine water quality.

  • To make the most of your cold plunge experience, please hydrate well and shower at home or at your hotel before arriving. While we don’t have shower facilities on-site due to space constraints in Waimea, rest assured our plunge water is meticulously maintained for your comfort and safety.

  • Our cold plunge uses advanced DOUBLE filtration technology to ensure clean and safe water. The water is filtered 50 times per hour and treated with ozone for added purity. We also use a gentle, body-safe treatment system with two carefully chosen cleaning agents to maintain water quality. The plunge is emptied and refilled at least twice, sometimes three times a week, so you can enjoy a refreshing and hygienic experience every time.
