  • Come in relaxed, gym-style clothing you can move in — shorts, sports bras, or tank tops are great.
    Some Pods (like Red Light or PEMF) work best with minimal clothing or optional nudity for full-body exposure.
    For the Sanctuary (sauna & cold plunge), bring a swimsuit or quick-dry wear or just go naked. A towel will be provided.
